FLOOR AND SPATIAL PLAN
The planning phase, a jumpstart to a professional design.
Beyond Spaces can help you create and update your floor plan based on the analysis of the environment, space’s intended function and your lifestyle. We create solutions to your specific needs and space challenges.
This design service includes detailed room measurements,
spatial plan and furniture layout.
Rate
Starting at Php 5,000 per room or studio unit (maximum of 25 sqm). Delivery is 2 to 4 weeks.
LIGHTING PLAN
A proper lighting plan will dramatically transform your space and save energy. This service includes your floor plan with lighting, switch and outlets layout.
Rate
Starting at Php 10,000 per room or studio unit (maximum of 25 sqm) including the floor and spatial plan. You may also opt for this as an additional service or individually at Php 5,000. Delivery is 2 to 4 weeks.
DIGITAL MATERIAL BOARD
Let Beyond Spaces help you create your own style and communicate your true personality with our bespoke material board. We will help you choose the right materials based on your DNA and find the right combinations to achieve the balance of your desired composition without losing sight the care for the
environment and your wellbeing. This is also best for property developers and contractors who need finish and material selections for new construction or remodeling projects.

Starting at Php 5,000 per room or studio unit (maximum of 25 sqm). Delivery is 1 to 2 weeks.
ELEVATION (BUILT INS)
Beyond Spaces can help you create bespoke furniture and elevation plans based on your space requirements. The detailed work will be used in communicating your design goals (finished appearance) to your contractors and help you with your project estimations.
Rate
Starting at Php 5,000 per design, add on Php 7,500 for 2D perspective and Php 11,500 for 3D Render. Delivery is 2 to 4 weeks.
COLOR CONSULTATION
Do you want your space to feel bigger or do you want it to feel calmer? Color psychology is everything in interiors! Beyond Spaces can put together a color palette to create and update your color scheme. We design the perfect balance between your existing finishes and lighting to create spaces with personality and give you the mood that you like – your visual story.

STYLING CONSULTATION
Would you like to update your shelf, decorate your room or need help with making your space cohesive? Beyond Spaces offers styling consultation to help you solve your design challenges and elevate your current room design.
